Information

Things you should know

  • Early Badge Pickup on Thursday November 2nd from 4 PM to 8 PM.
  • ARRIVE EARLY to avoid traffic, The registration line will begin filling up early.
  • Food is available for purchase at SUBWAY and MURPH’S on the first floor and there are other options at CUMBERLAND MALL directly across from the venue.
  • Swag bags can be picked up at the merchandise booth at anytime throughout the weekend (while supplies last; limited one per person)
  • No backpacks or large bags that are unclear are allowed in the venue. Only clear bags smaller than 12” x 12” x 6” will be allowed inside
  • Absolutely no weapons will be allowed in the venue.
  • Free Wifi for Attendees will be provided. Signage will be throughout the event space with directions to get connected.

BCX 2023 Security Procedure

  • Uniformed police officers
  • Security checkpoints with scanners and bag check
  • No backpacks, large purses, duffle bags, or luggage
  • Only clear bags smaller than 12” x 12” x 6” will be allowed inside
  • Bags for a medical necessity require staff approval onsite
  • Professional photography is only allowed for those with a press pass

• Professional photography equipment including tripods or monopods

• Selfie sticks and action cameras (ie. - GoPros)

• Hoverboards, skateboards and rollerblades

Gaming Stations

All gaming stations will be equipped with 240Hz Monitors. There is a limited number of HyperX cloud alpha headsets available for checkout (photo ID REQUIRED).

If lost any items are lost or stolen while in your possession, attendee is liable for a full replacement cost.

Card payment will be required at all retail locations. No cash payments will be accepted.
